Obility Acquires Haatzama Marketing

03.04.19 // Mike Nierengarten

Obility was founded on a simple idea: companies with longer sales cycles, business-to-business companies in particular, should be better served by search engine marketing agencies. We began running paid search campaigns for companies like Marketo, where lead quality and pipeline generated were paramount.  During these early years, we created a system that optimized “backend” performance and ever since, we’ve been focused on finding the best ways to improve lead quality, create pipeline, and generate revenue.

Haatzama Marketing has provided B2B companies the foundation for successful sales enablement and marketing programs through marketing & sales operations, performance measurement, and demand generation services. Haatzama’s services complement Obility’s management of paid search, paid social, and SEO campaigns and will ultimately help Obility clients better analyze, visualize, and optimize their marketing campaigns.

The acquisition sharpens our ability to tie digital marketing efforts to revenue without requiring clients to have operations staff.  Obility’s newly expanded team can help all Obility clients refine and build a technology stack that can simply and efficiently drive revenue and ensure their systems and processes can scale to support growth.

Obility continues to be committed to managing digital marketing campaigns to revenue. Haatzama’s significant experience in marketing automation and CRM system configuration provides the support to B2B organizations to manage, nurture, and convert prospects into sales qualified leads that drive revenue. Obility’s new capabilities will provide clients actionable insights to convert more marketing qualified leads to closed-won customers.

In addition to these expanded capabilities, Haatzama also brings two exceptional leaders to Obility. Angela Earl, Haatzama’s President & Founder, will join Obility as Chief Revenue Officer overseeing the client service and sales teams. Brian Schoeneman, Haatzama’s VP of Strategy, will join as Director of Revenue Operations. Together they will help Obility clients better report on sales & marketing activities and scale growth effectively.

We are incredibly excited for the next steps in Obility’s journey as we continue to strive to help our clients acquire more customers and generate more revenue. Welcome Angie & Brian and the whole Haatzama team!
